01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mb8mys ("mb8mys", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mb8mys.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the mb8mys platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, participation in promotions, and any communications with our support team.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the mb8mys platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

mb8mys reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of mb8mys following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mb8mys, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gambling register operated by mb8mys or any related authority.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of mb8mys or any of its associated companies, service providers, or game suppliers.
• Participation in online gaming in your jurisdiction of residence is not prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on mb8mys. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings without further notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, contact details, and preferred payment information. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification

mb8mys operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) — front and back — or a valid passport photo page.
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your registered e-wallet or bank account in your name) where applicable.

mb8mys may request additional documentation at any time if we consider it necessary to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. mb8mys will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

mb8mys accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT, and BTC. All deposits are credited to your Account in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt; this conversion rate is final.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the Platform's cashier page. These limits may be adjusted by mb8mys at its discretion without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods and accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mb8mys reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to you at any time.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements being met in full; (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding applicable daily or weekly limits; and (d) your Account being in good standing with no open disputes or fraud investigations.

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX may require additional processing time. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

mb8mys processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. In cases where this is not feasible, an alternative verified method may be used at our discretion following additional verification.

5.3 Transaction Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts, daily withdrawal caps, and weekly withdrawal limits are published on the Platform cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players who achieve Gold or Diamond VIP status may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by mb8mys are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Common rollover multipliers range from x10 to x30 depending on the promotion type.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your Account, maximum per-bet or per-spin stakes are typically capped at RM50. Placing bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Virtual sports and live dealer games may have varying contribution rates. Contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered through within the specified expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting) will be automatically forfeited. The expiry period is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Bonuses may carry a maximum cashout limit on winnings derived from bonus play. Where applicable, this limit is stated in the promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding the maximum cashout limit will not be eligible for withdrawal.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky (non-cashable) bonuses are retained as wagering instruments and cannot be withdrawn directly; only the net winnings produced after completing the rollover may be withdrawn. Non-sticky bonuses are added to your real-money balance and are subject to the stated rollover requirement before withdrawal.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active per Account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may void either or both offers.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

mb8mys offers sports betting (including live in-play markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other events), live casino games, RNG slot games, virtual sports, and lottery products. Each game category and individual game may have specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on mb8mys are subject to the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. mb8mys reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit markets at any time in accordance with event circumstances, regulatory requirements, or suspected market irregularities. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes refunded.

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

The outcome of all casino games on mb8mys is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. mb8mys does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game; games may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

7.3 Void Bets and Errors

mb8mys reserves the right to void any bet or wager where an obvious error has occurred in the posting of odds, game data, or promotional mechanics, or where a technical malfunction has affected the integrity of the result. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mb8mys platform. Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account management process.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate promotional terms or game mechanics.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith or following winning activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, including through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

09 Suspension & Termination

mb8mys may suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• The Player has breached these Terms or any specific game, promotion, or product rules.
• The Account was registered using false or misleading information.
• The Account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player's access or participation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mb8mys reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Forfeiture of bonus funds will apply in all cases of confirmed breach.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mb8mys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if mb8mys has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mb8mys does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. mb8mys will not be liable for any loss suffered during periods of Platform unavailability.

The total aggregate liability of mb8mys to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

11 Responsible Gambling

mb8mys is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means to generate income. We strongly encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

mb8mys provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum loss you are prepared to sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Privacy & Data

mb8mys collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

mb8mys applies industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalls, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers.

13 Amendments to These Terms

mb8mys reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notification of material amendments will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address where we hold one. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and mb8mys, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly and informally.

Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory consumer rights or prevent you from seeking injunctive relief from a competent court where urgently required.
